The snow guns seen in the slopes are only one part of a snow making system. To obtain a good performance, it is very important that both pumps, compressors, pipes and power cables are designed to work well together. Automatic snowsystem

Producing snow is no bed of roses. It's dark, cold, heavy and wet. Or maybe not?
More and more ski areas choose to automate their snow making systems to make the process more comfortable and safe. Our software system, Smart Snow, is a central computer that controls the pumps and compressors. The weather stations regularly send current weather information to Smart Snow. When the temperature allows snow production, Smart Snow starts up the pumps, compressors and snow guns. As the temperature changes the volume of water is adjusted to maintain maximized snow production. When the temperature rises and it becomes too warm to produce snow, the Smart Snow closes down and drains the system that reverts into stand-by, waiting for the next cold period.

The entire snow production processes can be monitored and controlled in the central computer or in an application on your smartphone.
